Commitments

I undertake to read the briefing and all safety instructions before entering the track. I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks inherent in driving or riding on a motor racing circuit. I undertake to use the required safety equipment and comply with the requirements of the circuit and organiser. I undertake to respect flags, lights, speed limits, race-control decisions and marshals’ instructions. I acknowledge that I have been informed of the benefit of taking out personal accident insurance covering bodily injury. I declare that I am not aware of any medical condition incompatible with driving on a circuit. I undertake to present a vehicle in a condition of operation and safety suitable for circuit use. I certify that the information provided is accurate and accept the liability waiver applicable to the selected event.

I understand and accept the risks associated with participating as a passenger in a leisure track-driving event. I certify that I meet the minimum age requirement and undertake not to give my wristband to another person. I undertake to use the mandatory safety equipment required by the organiser and the circuit. I undertake to comply with decisions made by the driver, supervising team and track marshals. I acknowledge that I have been informed of the benefit of taking out personal accident insurance covering bodily injury. I certify that I am not under the influence of medication, drugs, alcohol or any other substance incompatible with the activity. I certify that I have no medical contraindication to participating in leisure motorsport as a passenger. I undertake to comply with the general conditions, regulations and safety instructions applicable to the event. I acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may result in my immediate exclusion, without notice or compensation.
